2012: End Times or Better Times Ahead

With this date and the ramping up of this subject, can we add a section for this topic specifically, or where do you think this subject would be best suited?
I bought a book called "The Mysteries of 2012: Predictions, Prophecies & Possibilities". I have been reading it and watching all sorts of documentaries on the subject. This is getting bigger by the month and a lot of people are asking questions and I hear people getting really uptight and worried about it all. I think we need something on here to address the subject from our end and maybe help some people out there who may be worried or confused as to what this subject is all about. Just another thought.

LMAO, marslight.  All the 2012 end of the world as we know it is based on the Mayan calendar ending on that date: December/2012.
Alot of people are sure the world will come to an end. I am not convinced this is the reason the calendar ends on that date. The Mayan calendar is the most accurate calendar known to man and it is food for thought on why it does not continue past 2012. The MUFON group has had several meetings about this and it has been interesting to see how the Mayans developed it. But, alot of folks think it will be an internal change in mankind as a whole and not a literal "end of the world". I suppose we'll just have to wait and see.

Just leave it there by the Flux Capacitor and get some useful work done, okay?
