Dallas/Denton area:

Flagpole Hill
On NW highway. A narrow horseshoe-shaped road is nearby. Objects are thrown at cars and unexplained body damage has occurred.

The Grand Crystal Palace
Swiss Ave. Painting of young girl haunted by "good" spirit. Rumor has it that several workers were killed during the construction and now haunt the building, and a man in a dark suit haunts the audience seating area. The theater is now a nightclub.

LBJ House
A wife and child were supposedly killed here and now you can see blood on the walls and feel cold spots.

Lizard Lounge
A "man in black" haunts the old audience seating area, and unknown spirits have wreaked havoc in the dressing rooms when it was a theater.

Majestic Theater
Phone lines light up when no one is there, backdrops move of their own accord, and strange smells have been experienced. The phenomena has been attributed to a benefactor named Karl Hoblitzelle.

Millermore Mansion
For years, a female presence has been felt on the second floor of this historic home, near the nursery.

Oak Cliff
Combs Creek - a little girl was hit by a train while riding her bike, and now her spirit is seen on this street as she rides on.

Preston Road
A large group of spirits dressed in early 20th century clothing has been spotted moving north in the area between Beltline and Spring Valley.

Snuffers Restaurant
Greenville Ave. An unidentified spirit showed up after the building was remodeled.

Sons of Hermann Hall
Doors slam, paintings fall off of walls, and voices and children's laughter echo when no one is there. A male and female pair of apparitions have also been spotted.

Throckmorton @ Maple Avenue
Thought to be the site of a long-gone crematorium and funeral parlor (and intermittenly various bars and clubs), voices have been heard when no one was around, videos would fly off shelves in the DJ booth, and a female apparition has been seen on the dance floor. The bar on an adjacent lot has a constant repulsive smell that no one can explain.

White Rock Lake
The Lady of White Rock Lake is something of a Vanishing Hitchhiker, reportedly visiting amourous couples parked in the area. The DeGolyer estate is also rumored to be haunted.

Bridge near White Rock Lake
On Lawther Dr. if you stop you car on the bridge, the engine will die.

Ft. Worth Area:

Armstrong House
The ghost of Gussie Armstrong has been experienced in this house.
Barbers Boookstore
On 8th. Ghostly footsteps. Sounds of pages being turned, strange shadows on staircase and an apparition are also reported. Building is now an antique store.

Castleberry High School
Students say that the building was built on an old Indian burial ground. According to the rumor, if you go up the flight of steps that leads to the roof, you will hear voices that do not belong to anyone living.

Del Frisco's Steakhouse
Used to be a bathouse in the 1800s where a man was shot in the head. His spirit roams the banquet halls and the upstairs bar.

Fast Freddy's Pool Hall
Strange noises after hours have been attributed to Utley J. Puckett, a patron and pool player.

Fort Worth Books and Video
400 Main St. Unknown presence reported by several customers. Footsteps and strange lights. Update: Fort Worth Books and Video is no longer operating at this location. The building is now partially occupied by Pangburns Chocolate Shoppe and may be Jamba Juice.

Glen D. Reeves Fine Arts Center
"Glen" supposedly haunts one of the rails in this performance hall, and has been known to play with the lights.

Jett Building
Currently houses "Jamba Juice." Footsteps have been heard on the upper floors.

Log Cabin Village
Over-powering presences in an upstairs bedroom, the smell of lilacs, and a female apparition have been reported in the Foster Cabin.

Mistletoe Heights Home
A singing female spirit in an ivory blouse has been reported here.

Peters Bros. Hats
909 Houston. The ghost of Tom Peters moves hats around. When they acquired the space of the former pizzaria, they may have acquired the ghost of the dishwasher, Jack Martin. Jack would baptize new employees with a good spray from the dishwasher.

Schoonover House
Cold spots, apparitions, voices, footsteps, and lights that operate on their own are experienced in the basement.

Scott Theater
The ghost of a janitor has been known to haunt the basement of the theater, and make laughing noises from the stage. According to one viewer, the ghost is actually that of Ken Yandell, an actor who hung himself in the basement.

Stockyards: General Store
In the Ft. Worth Stockyards - sister store of the Maverick. The first floors have been remodeled, but the second floor is the same as it was a hundred years ago. Nearly every building in the Stockyards has a ghost story.

Stockyards: The Maverick
A ghostly woman leaves roses upstairs.

Stockyards: Miss Molly's
This former bordello has had a few apparitions spotted within its walls.

Stockyards: Spaghetti Warehouse
In the Ft. Worth Stock Yards. The third floor is haunted by a woman who was killed during a fire. You can still see the fire marks.

Texas Wesleyan University
Fine Arts Building. A ghostly observer sits in the audience during rehearsals, roams the building, and plays the piano. Students call her Georgia. Another possible haunting is in the West Library. A smell of smoke, choking sensatios and a feeling of being watched has been reported.

Texas White House B & B
Ghostly presences have been reported by guests.

Thistle Hill
Two apparitions have been reported - a lady in white appears on the grand staircase, and a gentleman wearing tennis clothes shows up at the top of the stairs. Music has been heard coming from the ballroom, and ghostly voices have been heard as well.

Bruce Hall - Student Residence on the UNT Campus: Supposedly haunted by Wanda a student who reportedly became pregnant, hid her condition, and had her baby in the attic adjacent to the 4th floor where both subsequently died. Though research has turned up no supporting evidence I did record the sound of a crying baby near the attic door during a recent investigation. The fourth floor is also home to a playful girl spirit who will call out to you from down the hall and then circle around behind you and call again. During a recent investigation we also found that she will open a display cabinet on request. The wooden frame is warped at the bottom and unable to just open on it's own. And she didn't just open it once - she did so repeatedly for almost an hour, each time in response to being asked. Not once did it open during intervals when we weren't asking. Finally, the basement boiler room is haunted by a former maintenance worker. Not a friendly guy and definitely lets you know if you are sensitive in any way. Photos have been captured of this guy in a pair of overalls with a rag hanging out of his back pocket.
